Lulo Ntlenzi Logistics is a business consulting organization that serves to develop small enterprises in rural areas. Working with entrepreneurs that are in rural areas demands my role to use the most basic methods of business planning, business organizing business leading and controlling skills in order to meet and overcome the most dynamic business needs of enterprises in rural areas. This requires one to not only be flexible , but mostly creative as this targeted segments are disadvantaged enterprises who have not caught on with the current reality presented by the 4th industrial revolution. Overall, my role is fun, humbling and excites one to know that my job has an impact to people who really need the services offered by our organisation.

My role in Clientele life was calling calling back potential clients who were interested in receiving a Funeral cover , a Hospital plan and Legal plan. I had to explain each product and then provide a quote as per customers need.

I was responsible for finding customers needed alarm system for their homes. This was achieved by knocking at customers doors and doing a sales pitch and also m going to potential customers that were referred to me by active customers and by family and friends. If the customer was interested, i had to draw technical drawing stating where sensors, door contacts and panic buttons will be installed. This was for the technician who had to come and install the alarm system

My role was to follow up on leads i generated and then visit the potential customer and convince them to buy a security system.

My duty was to make sure the store looks good and that customers found everything they were looking for
