I work in Cape Cod as a freelance photographer shooting fine art photography, portraits, weddings, landscapes and conceptual pieces. I also volunteer locally, covering charitable events and creating portraiture and product work for small businesses. I have 7 years of experience editing in Lightroom and often work as a freelance editor/retoucher. My specialties in Lightroom include editing with VSCO and achieving various film replications and effects.I have been delighted to work extensively with Canon and Sony DSLR cameras, lenses and accessories; as well as their film counterparts.I volunteered on a regular basis with InSight Photography in Brattleboro, Vermont as a darkroom lab assistant and classroom instructor in the evenings. InSight Photography is a nonprofit organization dedicated to introducing area youth to photography through weekly classes and assistance in creating individual portfolios.I have had the incredible opportunity over the past year to travel extensively for photographic purposes; spending time with an alliance of dear friends affiliated with Yahoo's Flickr photosharing website. I have attended several meet-ups of young photographers from all over the world who come together for a week or more at a time to work intensively on their photography. It has been an amazing honor to shoot, assist and model with and for these talented upcoming photographers.During the summer of 2014 I assisted with the Wild Ones tour; a collective of four young photographers sponsored by Flickr who travel the country for the duration of the summer providing 2 day workshops for like-minded creatives seeking to enhance their photography and editing skills as well as joining forces and establishing lifelong friendships with their peers in the industry.

I book sessions on a monthly basis with local artists, families, engaged couples, models and friends and create a portfolio of photographs for each of them.I also supply photographs and occasionally short essays on a variety of subjects for local news publications and events, as well as for online publications. I have had the great honor of having work shown in such outlets as National Geographic's Your Shot, Quiscient Magazine, See.Me, My Modern Metropolis and various blogs as well as creating contracted work for Getty Images and Arcangel.I attend meet-ups for the photosharing platform Flickr several times annually, sharing and creating work with other young photographers from around the world.I also work as a freelance Web Designer and blogger, creating content through the platform Squarespace and WordPress.

As the marketing coordinator, I promoted a professional and consistently positive image of the Putney Food Co-op both in house, and within the community at large through branding, social media and outreach.This included:Cooperatively developing and maintaining a marketing strategy for both in-house and out of house marketing, public relations and general publicity including holiday planning and merchandising. Assisting the General Manager, Board of Directors and department managers with marketing and advertising ideas while implementing as needed.Writing and distributing Co-op press releases.Developing and coordinating print and online advertisement.Coordinating promotions of specific products with production of newsletters, coupons and flyers.Assisting and maintaining in a cohesive store image.Overseeing and creating all sign production in conjunction with store managers.Overseeing the creation and maintenance of templates used throughout the store and online.Oversaw and created all production of Co-op promotional materials such as t-shirts, tote bags etc..Processed and administered requests for donations based on the Annual Budget.Created and maintained the official Putney Co-op website.Maintained and created a vibrant and active social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other websites as deemed important.Organized and assisted in large-scale community events such as the annual Harvest Lantern Supper, back to school events, holiday events for families, and other collaborations with the local township, Library and the National Cooperative Grocers.Promoted local, organic, affordable, and nutritious grocery shopping through all media outlets in concordance with the Co-ops mission statement. Created and supplied resources for EBT shopping program and our coupon and Co-op Basics program.Created a 12 page Annual Report book presented to our membership, customers and Board of Directors.
