This project is based on client's request who will develop the product in education industry. I collect data from various sources to fulfill the request.one of the important task that I do is:- Data collection, the data were collected by internet searches, questionnaires and interviews;- In Depth Interview (IDI) to the respondent by asking several questions about the product in education industry- Synergized the data from Internet searches and IDI which can later become the basis for their product development.
