• Align the European benefits offerings to the global benefits strategy in support of business objectives and Total Rewards strategy• Perform regular benchmarking to validate competiveness of benefits in marketplace and industry• Participate in the research, analysis, development / revision & implementation of employee benefit programs that are designed to maintain the objectives and competitive position in the marketplace• Ensure programs meet Team Member needs, comply with legal requirements and remain cost effective• Support the benefits governance process, monitor vendor performance and build long-term partnerships• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, awareness and response to any legislative changes and manage HR in program delivery• Manage and coordinate the activities of a full range of external service providers• Participate in vendor selection, negotiation of benefits contracts and oversee periodic vendor reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-efficiencies• Maintain a highly collaborative relationship with and coordinate activities across internal teams• Provide guidance to HR Operations & HR Business Partners, Team Members and management on a variety of matters to support benefit programs and promote Team Member engagement• Develop and manage training, communications and tools to support for Shared Services & HR Operations teams• Oversee the day to day work and performance management of the Benefits Analysts• Provide benefits support for new locations across Europe• Assist with annual budget planning and guidance• Manage the European benefits inventory to ensure it is comprehensive and up-to-date• Work collaboratively with Regional HR Directors to deliver cost effective and compliant solutions working with local HR as necessary• Work collaboratively with other members of the Global C&B group to ensure the best service is delivered to our clients
