Job Analysis - including recruitment needs consulting and job briefing with client3. Candidate Searching - via database, LinkedIn, local job portals, networking etc.4. Candidate Interviewing & Management - including telephone and face to face interview through different methods to assess candidates’ technical and soft skills5. Offer Management - to both client side and candidate side

Key Responsibilities:----Training and Development (40%)Lead Vaccines BU Annual Learning and Development activities: work closely with HRBPs, Enabling Function Business leaders and Novartis China University to identify learning needs and allocate resources from different channels, manage budget, monthly tracking and analysis. Key programs including:1. Quality Excellent Program (Involve as local focal)2. Learning and sharing sessions (Cross-functions knowledge sharing)3. Light of Growth (Quarterly Learning and Development activities sharing)4. Orientation Training organization and delivery5.
