As a Creative Operations Manager at Tag, I oversee a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless project delivery. From onboarding new hires, meticulously defining and documenting processes to exploring and integrating new technologies into our workflows. Acting as a process guardian, I conduct trainings on the platforms we utilize, ensuring our team has the necessary tools and skills for success and play an important role when initiating new clients engagements ensuring that teams are structured and equipped to work efficiently, therefore facilitating the smooth execution of projects.

As a producer I helped manage production processes for creative projects across multiple brands to ensure all deliverables met iv needs and were delivered on time. Often helped manage client expectations and be the main point of contact between account team and creative studio.

Started off as a Jr. Designer at Tag while I finished my degree in Operations Management. My role involved the creation of multiple assets for a world-recognized fashion brand.
