- Support Senior Vice President of A&R in administrative and creative capacities.- Collaborate with Senior Vice President of A&R to discuss, scout, and evaluate unsigned talent.- Develop and maintain relationships with various artists, managers, publishers, songwriters, and producers.- Manage the entire recording process from the writing of a song to the finished master.- Work closely with mix and master engineers to ready recordings for final approval.- Attend shows, showcases, as well as RCA artists’ concerts, and provide feedback- Monitor digital media trends and analyze how they affect the current market as well as developments for the future.- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of various digital campaigns of trending artists to apply successful practices to our current artistsArtists Include- T-Pain- Travis Porter- Kid Ink- Charlie Wilson- R.
