Providing leadership for Environment, Health, and Safety within the subsidiaries: Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Malawi and South Sudan.

Project lead for the automation of Camusat Kenya processess which saw the development and implementation of FMS2 system . This improved the overall business productivity and reduced operational costs. Project lead for the impementation of Integrated Management System which saw the integration of the requiremens of ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 into Camusat Kenya processes. Managed the Environment, Health and Safety Aspects of the company in line with SDG 3 by ensuring good health and well being of our employees by preventing injuries in our projects. As a result, we reduced the LTIFR to a below of 0.3 compared to the industry standard of 1.5.UNGC SDG Ambition Accelerator Champion for Camusat Kenya where I participated in setting ambitious corporate targets and accelerating integration of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into core business management.

Managed the Environmental, Health and Safety for Olkaria 5 Geotheramal steam field construction project. In line with SDG 12, I was in charge of ensuring environmentally sound management of chemicals and all wastes throughout the project life cycle. We achieved reduction of waste released to air, water and soil by 70%. Also, as the environment Health and Safety Lead, we managed to close the projet with zero serious incidences to both the environment and our stakeholders.
