* In charge of NPI phase-in and ECN implement, customer communicate and demand fulfill, Drawing update, supplier explore and administrate, FAI and pilot monitor, import/export customs license manage; * Promoted to be head of Engineering team in 2005.7, in charge of Rohs project, hold weekly Rohs meeting with Customer/Cisco, PE team organization optimize, engineers' recruit, training, coordinate across functions and GSSD overseas team to solve customer complaint, achieve customer's target.
