As accounts payable I managed and processed the dealerships financial obligations by handling invoices, verifying expenses and ensuring timely payments to suppliers, service providers and other creditors. As accounts receivable I accounted for all previous days payments received from sales, service and parts. This involved accurately accounting for cash and credit/debit card transactions and ensuring the proper posting of the payments.

As a contract clerk I reviewed and submitted sales contracts to financial institutions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Collaborated closely with the sales and finance team to ensure efficient contract submission.

As a title clerk I managed the paperwork associated with vehicle titles. Handled vehicle registrations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facilitated the transfer of ownership working closely with Pennsylvania DMV.
