1. Category management of key electronic parts, yearly strategies & statics' conception & implementation through resourcing,negociating, VA &VE,etc. Lead the team to achieve or exceed the target.2. Supply chain management including yearly vendor auditing, risk management, vendor integration,etc.3. New projects cost management. Manage the co-design between suppliers &RD in order to acheive the concept of the new product . 4. Market researching for alternative products (development of new products/ technologies) and suppliers. Manage all the contracts for new supplier qualification.5. Consult RD & Quality department to manage the quality＆ delivery problems.

1 Support subordinates to resolve the critical shortage by efficient way, highlight timely and correctly if necessary, and summarize in a wkly report,then review with PMC, PJM teams on time to meet customer's demand 2 Lead the team to resolve all the related issues during the whole purchasing process such as u/price increase, MOQ & L/T variance, MRB,pending book in,pending invoice,RTV, HS code variance, special shipment, spot buy, toxicity report and etc on time3 Cost down and MOQ & L/T reduction4 Assist QA ,PE, PJM to resolve the quality issue and customer's other requirements5 Supplier integration, review the performance of vendor,and choose the most suitable supplier to support the parts

1. PO releasing based on MRP and follow up the materials’ on –time delivery2. Resolve all the issues occurred during the purchasing process, such as u/price, MOQ , MPN or other purchasing condition variance, payment overdue, abnormal shipment, MRB, RTV,etc 3. Excess wkly review, L/T monthly 4. Internal & external escalation for the gating parts5. Call samples for NPI Models and release purchase order manually after got approval for the ppv or excess from the customer side.5. Keep good relationship with original MFG or franchised
