As an enthusiastic, hardworking leader, I strive towards developing and creating one-of-a-kind, memorable experiences for both my client’s guests and my team. While attending the University of Oregon, I discovered that one of my biggest career passions is in Project Management and Event Planning and Operations. I look towards taking a concept or idea and making it into a new experience that functions well for a team to execute. My roles at the University of Oregon allow me to not only practice this skill, but also work with some amazing teams that teach me the value of working together and understanding each other’s leadership skills.I hope to find opportunities in which I will continue to be the leader I am and develop myself as a great team player. “Dreaming is the fun part, the hard part is making it a reality, but it can be done” -Brad Bird

Our team’s goal was to continue to enhance the student experience with developing new and exciting ways that show students of different identities and backgrounds the amazing opportunities that the university has to offer. My role allowed me to work with multiple campus departments and partners to strategize and critically think about new workshops, interest sessions and tabling opportunities to better inform students and their families during their orientation session. I managed a team of six Student Coordinators that ran the communications logistics, staff management, and event management pieces of the program.
