Learning and growing through the real estate industry, I have been able to meet a multitude of fascinating and valuable people that have become a part of my business network. I thrive in the team settings as I carry with me an excitement to work with people and a drive to see how I can find a way to add value to everyone I meet. Being from such a diverse area as Guam and attending an international business school for higher education has built me to work efficiently and effectively in the most diverse settings with the ability to collaborate well with the different perspectives and mindsets. Such experiences have enhanced my communication and problem solving skills. Along with my soft skills, I have worked hard to develop my hard skills in data and business analytics in order to obtain a better understanding in another aspect of business that is managing data and information rather than managing human resources. I've also learned the importance of an "internet presence" from my work with a fully remote, e-commerce start up.
