The objective is to generate relevant insights for the squads, and, to this end, we establish a research repository, develop templates and hold talks. As a researcher, I worked directly with multiple forms of data, using quantitative and qualitative methods. My specialties today are the following qualitative methods: individual interviews, focus groups and ethnographic research. Together with the Data Science tribe, we carry out research to feed different squads with insights, test propositions and business improvement suggestions.

O dia a dia consistiu em desenvolver questionários, compilar dados, entrevistar usuários e interpretar os dados coletados em insights para melhor desenvolvimento das interfaces e do produto em diferentes squads da empresa.

Para isso utilizamos métodos como, pesquisa aprofundada, questionários online, construção de arquitetura e fluxos, além do desenvolvimento de protótipos em baixa e alta fidelidade.
