About Jee Young Moon

I have a strong passion for English translation, which began during my time as a student and has continued ever since. Additionally, being a quick study and having a career in the media industry have provided me with a solid understanding of the market in relation to media, business, and IT. These professional experiences have honed my ability to translate a wide range of articles and research reports, including materials such as Ofcom reports, BBC Annual Reports, Netflix Annual Reports, and etc. I think one of my strengths is self-improvement. When someone points out my mistakes or falls short of something, I try my best not to make a mistake again and improve my work. My achievement in PAGODA institution proves my point. When I first started to teach English there, I had only two to three students per class. There was a course evaluation system where students could rate my teaching and my course anonymously. It was painful to read the comments at first, but instead of being discouraged, I tried my best to improve my teaching material and my way of teaching. As a result, one year and a half later, I had more than a hundred students per class.Crypto investment piqued my interest in 2018 during the significant boom in the crypto industry. In 2021, I had the opportunity to mine ETH (before the Fork), which further ignited my passion for crypto as both a trader and a miner. To connect my personal passion and career, I began translating three Telegram news channels, as indicated on my resume. This experience allowed me to expand my knowledge and enhance my translating skills, encompassing crypto and Blockchain tech, NFTs, and financial news. I believe that Web 3.0 is the next frontier, and I aspire to actively participate in this dynamic and exciting field, continuing my career in the cryptocurrency industry.
