In my current role at CampusView Church, I have been able to showcase my exceptional project management and leadership development skills. I have been actively leading a diverse group of 65 individuals composed of Singles, Young Marrieds, and Young Families. On top of that, I was selected as the representative for Florida for the church’s Singles panel, giving me an opportunity to actively contribute to the planning of various national events, formulation of leadership development processes, and the inclusive development of organizational culture. Furthermore, I take active charge of planning for various recruitment initiatives, team-building events, and the church’s major retreats.

I was able to gain wide experience in leadership development in my previous work as a Campus Minister at Northern VA Church of Christ (and previously at Roanoke Valley Church of Christ). Facilitating weekly training & teaching sessions, as well as mentoring student leaders for deployment, were among my primary work responsibilities. My work was also instrumental in the conduct of the first-ever Leadership Virtual Internship with a total of 30+ participants from various countries.

In my time at an Apple Store Genius Bar, my main task was to handle the resolution of technical issues & product repair mechanisms. This was also a means for me to mobilize not just my earlier acquired engineering & programming knowledge but also my customer service skills. I was also tasked to participate in and contribute to weekly leadership development meetings, after which I was subsequently selected as a trainer for leadership roles. I was credited for my excellent work and given a near-100% customer approval rate during this time.
