Responsible for all Extreme Network, HP, Dell, Cisco and Enterasys Switches and Routers. Including creation of baseline Network VLAN architecture, VRRP, Identity manager, ERLP, Rate limits, initial command-line configuration, analysis, troubleshooting, and security best practices. Manage Network Access Control with Impulse Point Safe-Connect managing over 10,000 users analyzing network access, ensuring all endpoints meet policies, report incidents and execute appropriate countermeasures. Maintain network assets in 37 locations via SCCM 2007/TMCPM to include remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, and hardware and software inventory. Responsible for daily management of TMCPM/Bigfix, SCCM, Enterprise Patch Management with WSUS, SCCM, TMCPM, Web content Management with Lightspeed and iBoss, Anti-Spyware Management with Spohos and Lightspeed systems and TMCPM. Lead for Bay County Schools Beta testing of TMCPM 10.5, Extreme Networking Ridgeline and Core switching and routing products, Apple and Dell Mobile Device Management solutions. Administration of Active Directory with 39,000 users and Bay Schools SQL Databases. Performed hands-on administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of 34 school PBX systems, Public Address systems, resulting in optimum performance. Supported 6000 total Novell and AD users in all school locations, as well as district office users. Provide support for Avaya, Nortel PBX systems , Opt 11C, CS1000, BCM40 and Meridian Mail as well as Simplex, Valcom PA systems. Ensure thorough network documentation, including maintaining each schools network matrix and network diagrams. Migrated school networks from T1 frame relay to Metro E and routed to district office. Provided real time solutions for all Telephone, Public Address and Network trouble tickets while manning District help desk. As well as routine AD/Novell logon and Gmail/GroupWise password changes and synchronization with Active directory.
