Establishing & maintaining the Food Safety Culture

▪ Collaborating with HC Sports by offering Nutrition Education to groups of people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. ▪ Collecting nutritional status, food preferences, food patterns and coping strategies information from the groups. ▪ Identifying aims and objectives regarding the collective nutritional statuses of the various groups. ▪ Analysing the data to make healthy eating recommendations for the groups using the South African Food Based Dietary Guidelines. ▪ Assisting the groups with meal and menu planning, tracking improvement, and clinically assessing their overall health bi-annually. ▪ Planning and co-hosting seasonal fitness bootcamps and annual fitness events.

▪ Reporting directly to Key Account Executives. ▪ Assisting Key Account Executives in developing, maintaining, and enhancing brand/product awareness - on a national level. ▪ Assisting with communication and planning of national marketing campaigns. ▪ Managing calendars for upcoming national marketing campaigns. ▪ Communicating campaign objectives with Area Managers for all national campaigns. ▪ Booking of stores with various store managers and national store booking agencies. ▪ Headhunting of brand ambassadors in Durban and staffing of Durban marketing campaigns. ▪ Training Durban brand ambassadors on product knowledge. ▪ Issuing of work elements and sample stock to brand ambassadors. ▪ Remote and onsite supervising of brands ambassadors in-store and on outdoor events such as golf days and trade shows. ▪ Problem solving of recurring issues relating to execution of national marketing campaigns, customer complaints and venue dynamics. ▪ Writing of weekly progress reports to clients feeding back on the outcomes of local and national campaigns. ▪ Tracking of brand ambassador hours worked and loading of payments for brand ambassadors on payroll system.▪ Operating of switchboard and forwarding messages to relevant office staff members. ▪ Screening and welcoming of visitors to be allowed on premises.

Assist Campaign Coordinators to plan, execute & report back on various marketing campaigns for clients in the FMCG industry.

▪ Reporting directly to Campaign Manager. ▪ Sampling, promoting, and growing sales of various brands on an in-store level. ▪ Educating the public about new and innovative products on the market. ▪ Liaising between consumers and the Campaign Manager to prompt improvement of products. ▪ Capturing in-store sales and consumer comments in a self-supervised environment.
