I am involved in project management, contract management for engineering, construction and maintenance projects, documentation and contract management, financial management, asset condition assessments, financial control and reporting, quality control, compliance with construction regulations, infrastructure maintenance. I have been involved in a reseal project at Ceres for TR22/2 and DR1452, project started as a condition assessment contract where we produced a VCI of the road, the project then moved to the design stage where I did surface seal design and then later I worked as assistant resident engineer for the contraction of the seal, the seal consisted of three seals which 19.2 mm, 13,4 mm and 9.7mm cheap seals, I am knowledgeable in maintenance of road pavement and design, seal work and road visual assessment. I have been involved in condition assessment, design and contraction of gravel roads in the Overberg region in Western Cape.
