I am the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Program Manager at the Department of Commerce (DOC). My office is within the Department's Office of Cybersecurity & Risk Management (OCRM) under the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).I manage DOC-wide SCRM services to address supply chain risks to information and communications technology (ICT) systems across the Department and component Bureaus. I am currently working to mature and align the program to NIST SP800-161 Rev. 1 and SP800-53 Rev. 5 SR controls.I am a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Level I and perform contract management duties for a small services contract.

I performed analyses on cybersecurity and privacy risks relevant to FHFA's regulated entities and to the greater financial sector. I supported development and issuance of cybersecurity policy and assisted in examinations and monitoring of FHFA's regulated entities. I participated in financial sector information-sharing groups such as the Financial and Banking Information Infrastructure Committee (FBIIC). I served as the 2020-2021 DER Employee Engagement Ambassador. I represented DER within an agency-wide working group to improve the FHFA job experience. I facilitated the completion of the annual FHFA's Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS). I led a number of new initiatives such as a division-level recognition program and a recurring virtual employee meeting series to facilitate engagement within DER.

I supported SOC 2 pre-assessment/reporting, SOC 1 reporting, and integrated financial audits for large, publicly traded clients of EY's Commercial Technology Risk practice.In addition to leading and coordinating meetings with clients and performing detail review over key IT deliverables, I developed excellent project management skills. I managed teams to support the delivery and enhancement of service quality of multi-year engagements. I managed budgets over 3,000 hours and optimized my teams to improve the margins of engagements. I worked closely and extensively with EY team members across all ranks. I was responsible for coaching and developing the EY interns and EY staff-level consultants on my teams. I led multiple offshore EY teams based in India and became more flexible, adaptable, and open-minded.
