Our goal is to offer pre-emptive measures for mental health, educate communication skills and enhance productivity of individuals and organizations. We're building a LLM-based personal virtual assistant, which is fine tuned for meaningful conversations. Its different personas mimic psychologists and professional coaches, while utilizing tools such as active listening to help the user in everyday challenges regarding work and personal life.Our team of professional psychologists are building a data model that includes i.e. the common reasons and solutions for occupational counselling appointments. This dataset is then used to generate simulated conversations between customers and professionals and further utilized to fine tune our LLM-model.Further down the line, our goal is to utilize the assistants to aggregate anonymous information about the status of different organization units. This data is then visualized to offer real-time knowledge for better decision making to overcome the internal challenges companies face consistently.
