• Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the front desk team; providing guidance and support. • Resolving customer issues, complaints, and problems quickly, and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

• Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests efficiently according to established procedures.• Maximizing room occupancy and using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
