TfNSW Easing Sydney's Congestion ProgramThe Easing Sydney's Congestion Program Office has been engaged by the NSW Government to manage over $300 million to fixing pinch points across Sydney’s road network. The Gateway to the South Pinch Points Program aims to reduce traffic delays, manage congestion and improve travel times on Sydney's major roads and corridors, particularly during weekday peak periods.As a Project Engineer, I am working with the Project Manager and am directly involved in project management tasks such as planning, forecasting, programming and scheduling, scoping, documentation and risk management from the Strategic Phase through to the Finalisation Phase of a project. Within this role, I am at the interface between the Client and Contractor and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and progress the projects.The projects I am assigned to currently have a total portfolio value of $100 million. Sydney CBD & South East Light Rail ProjectThe Sydney Light Rail Project is a new light rail network for Sydney which will extend from Circular Quay along George Street to Central Station, through Surry Hills to Moore Park, then to Kensington and Kingsford via Anzac Parade and Randwick via Alison Road and High Street. As a Graduate Site Engineer for the Smart Poles team, the team is directly responsible for the scheduling, planning and delivery of 316 HUB Smart Poles and 10 MSB's, and the management of pre-existing City of Sydney and RMS assets in Zone C of the CBD (Circular Quay to Central Station).

As an intern Site Engineer, the AFS Bachy Solentache team provided foundation solutions which included the design, construction and testing of 622 secant piles of 600mm diameter into Class II rock.

Mosman Bay Ferry Wharf UpgradeThe NSW Government's $770 million Transport Access Program committed to the delivery of modern, safe and accessible transport infrastructure and included within the program initiative the upgrade and refurbishment of Mosman's existing ferry wharf. As an Assistant Surveyor on the project, the team was responsible for the installation of 10 piles to support the new pontoon, gangway and ramp.
