Moved to USA at the age of 15, my 1st job was as a housekeeper for a Holiday Inn, went to college for Management and Supervision. Worked for 13 years in the restaurant industry, then I went to school for Medical Assistant. I worked as a medical assistant for Dupage Medical Group for 5 years. I realized my skills were not being used. Went back to Management as a Housekeeper Manager at a Holiday Inn, 2 years later I become Director of housekeeping for Marriott at Burr Ridge IL. A year later I become Director of rooms for same property. Can’t wait to see what else is waiting for me. My strong skills are hiring, training and developing. I love to see others grow, as much as I like to grow. Hotel industry gives as the opportunity to be a teacher, leader a developer and much more. #aimbridge
