Keynote speaker, writer, researcher, facilitator, professional development trainer, consultant, crisis management, promotions, event organiser, digital strategist, campaign manager, advisor, mentor, and all of the day to day runnings of IndigenousX online and off.In this role I have coordinated numerous social media campaigns independently, and have contributed to the creation and implementation of numerous social media strategies and campaigns for a wide variety of organisations. I have encouraged major organisations to make significant changes to their practice or products, have supported the growth of Indigenous voices online, and have had articles published in many Australian media outlets. I have developed significant partnerships, most notably with Guardian Australia and crowdfunding platform StartSomeGood where we have helped numerous Indigenous crowdfunding campaigns to raise over $400,000 in total. I have spoken at and/or facilitated many conferences and events across Australia, particularly those concerning education, health and wellbeing, and social media. I have developed effective networks across Australia in Indigenous arts, politics, business and media communities.

Working with Radio National and the Indigenous Radio Unit to develop stories for online.

I work with school staff to develop a deep practical understanding of Aboriginal education. This includes working with Aboriginal students, parents and communities; teaching Aboriginal content and perspectives across the KLAs; resource selection, evaluation, development and implementation, as well as implementing relevant policies, such as the Aboriginal Education and Training Policy, and the NSWDET Anti-Racism Policy.

- Research and recommend performers and others to supply workshops, activities or related services .- Advise and assist with site planning, services and event management. - Consult with Council’s ATSI Advisory Committee and other Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander forums/ organisations connected with Parramatta communities, on programming recommendations and event design. - Work with Council’s Marketing team, supervise event marketing including collateral, distribution, social media and promotional concepts. - Manage the needs of selected performers, program and infrastructure suppliers on the day. - Manage finances and deliver programming and other event elements within budget.

- Assess previous NAPLAN data in conjunction with other school data (reports, PLPs, IEPs. teacher notes etc) to identify literacy and numeracy focus areas for Indigenous students. - Develop and implement appropriate resources and effective intervention strategies for students. - Liaise and collaborate with parents and teachers.- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure tutoring programs are complimentary to class activities.- Develop and strengthen knowledge of culture, identity and student self-efficacy.- Monitor, evaluate and adjust student goals as required.
