Advise student management team of major market non-profit cultural institution. As the advisor for an organization where leadership turns over each academic year, I am responsible for the ongoing guidance of WPRB's fundraising, programming, and community engagement strategies.Conceived, launched, and maintain station-themed history website, wprbhistory.org, as part of organization’s 75th anniversary celebration. Curated WPRB historical exhibit at Princeton University’s Seeley G. Mudd Manuscript Library. Planned auxiliary events (alumni reception, catered banquet, live music) at venue to increase exhibit's exposure. Wrote and solicited content for exhibit brochure, worked closely with library staff, and managed production of related print materials.Drove acquisition and implementation of web-based fundraising platform (Click & Pledge), allowing sustaining donor program and online user engagement to flourish.Developed and implemented small business partnership program, increasing sales rate 95% year over year.Guided implementation of in-house employee/volunteer harassment policy by introducing resources made available by peer organizations.Organized partnerships with Princeton Public Library for WPRB film festival, as well as Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS), enabling charitable vehicle donations. Founded WPRB Digitization Task Force, to preserve the station's collection of physical media and at-risk recordings.Sought and worked with IT administrator to create relational Filemaker database.Act as liaison between WPRB and official Princeton University offices. Managed all Master Control operations and oversaw shift compliance with FCC regulations for New York Public Radio's WNYC (93.9 FM and 820 AM) and WQXR (105.9)Provided technical / operational support for station's flagship programs, including Peabody Award-winning The Brian Lehrer Show. Performed archival work for notable public radio programs including On the Media, Radiolab, Soundcheck, and Studio 360.

Managed all aspects of station's signature public fundraising event (WFMU Record Fair) at premier New York City venue.Coordinated all customer and vendor relations including solicitations, contracts, and confirmation letters. Performed site visits and managed guest services, security, caterer, and all other logistics. Collaborated with in-house design team to develop a unique visual aesthetic for all events. Oversaw execution of all promotions and publicity, including 10,000 piece direct mailing, ad placement in prominent city weeklies, and online announcements. Wrote promotional copy for on-air staff.Booked live music in collaboration with Music Director, and oversaw all station benefit concerts, as well as inaugural Free Music Series events at Brooklyn and Manhattan venues. Worked closely with Volunteer Director to coordinate event staffing needs.Developed internal workshops for air staff, organized all holiday parties, and personally oversaw successful execution of all events.Edited WFMU’s "Blast of Hot Air" online newsletter by soliciting content from staff. BoHA is a monthly, subscriber-based email focused on internet culture, music, art, and related areas of cultural intrigue. It has more than 6500 subscribers.Edited content for supporting features areas of wfmu.org, and routinely posted streaming multimedia content to station’s website and blog.Managed production of WFMU donor gifts including 72-piece trading card set.
