About LuqmanI, Luqman is a research oriented HR professional, my interest in finding new practices in practical corporate world. This interest make to build myself as a professional. I contribute my 3 research articles and one book. Although in the beginning of my career I participated in 2 research conferences, and also delivering lectures in different universities. Being student of this field I am actively research on different functions and roles of HRM in current & upcoming situations of corporate world. Working for a progressive business that really puts HR at the top of the agenda, has changed my perceptions in terms of how powerful a HR function can really be. I’ve had experience with Employee Relations, Reward, L&D, Recruitment, Strategy, Performance Management, and Organizational Development, all of which have presented challenges and development opportunities. So far I have had the chance to meet some very interesting people – quite a few ‘top dogs’ in HR. Future AmbitionI am still at the start of my career so for the next few years my focus is really on getting a breadth of experiences and understanding the fundamentals of HR, both form a generalist and specialist perspective. Long term, I would love to take on a HR leadership role that put me at the heart of driving a great people strategy, which inspires creativity and really allows people to make a difference. I am, as friends and family would attest a very ambitious person. However, I believe that any career move or decision needs to be right for me. Everything that I do has to be both challenging and rewarding, and something that makes me happy.
