As a Trainee in the Adaro Logistics Professional Program, I actively engaged in logistics operations and gained practical experience in supply chain management and project management. I contributed as a Team Leader for Quality Control Circle (QCC) Improvement regarding :-Increasing the lifetime of a Hydraulic Pumps in Floating Crane Liebherr CBG 350 by 64% longer RH than the average RH during Q1-Q2 2023-Welding cable safety management in Shipyard, Decreasing the case of burned power cable and welding cable by 37,1% less than Q1 2024 followed by increased amount of vessel docked. I also contributed to several projects in Adaro Logistics such as :-B35 Fuel Filter Consumption Analysis -OWS Installation in Assist Tug-Floating Crane Errection and Collapsible Project -CCTV Panel Design and Installation in Shipyard-Drawing Research for Acommodation Working Barge-5R Implementation in Marine Industry.
