Luqman Hakim Saari is a Mining and Exploration Geologist at OUS Group. His main project for the first half of the year was work with development teams to create an internal tool to optimize our map data collection workflow. His excellent interpersonal skills ensured that requirements were communicated clearly and stakeholders were on track to deliver a product that met our team's needs. This was done through his crucial role of performing user acceptance testing, identifying software bugs, and suggesting features to improve the usability of the tool for users. In addition to supporting development work, he provided timely support for all our mapping expansion projects based in the US, assisting with basemap generation and first-level troubleshooting during the SG timezone and escalating through the proper channels when required so as to unblock them. This not only improved operational efficiency but also reduced turnaround time for critical tasks significantly. It is unfortunate that Luqman's time with Motional was cut short due to company restructuring because he showed so much potential in his career here. I have no doubt that he will excel in his future endeavors."
