An IT support technician I am responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.My duties typically include:Deskside Support:- Manage and resolve Incidents and Service Requests in (SNOW & Salesforce) ticketing System.- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.- Rebuild and configure Laptop/Desktop for the end user.- Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.- Setting up and maintaining network connections and user accounts.- Performing regular system maintenance tasks such as backups and updates.- Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets.(CMDB)- Collaborating with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.- Follow company protocol in the disposal management.- Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.Network Support:- Ekahau WIFI survey (Active & Passive).- Has experience in Network survey (MDF & IDF)- Smart hands and feet support for network, servers or other site-specific hardware or software. To include - racking and assembling hardware as directed.- Knowledge of networking, Mikrotik Router OS, switching, Wireless Networks.- Has experience of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, VPN, L7, Mikrotik- Has experience in mounting Routers, Switches, Firewall, and AP in the rack.- Installing and Configuring the Network UPS.- Has experience in configuring the Network devices.
