Business lead responsible for P&L associated with Customer Experience products and services for Flatiron Health’s Real-World Evidence (RWE) Businesses, including scaling a direct team of Solutions Managers, Quantitative Scientists, Data Insights Engineering and Oncologists from 2 to 15, with partial resourcing from >100 additional Flatiron employees annually and external vendors (e.g. ZenDesk, consultants). Developed and deployed products and professional services that make up the most effective and differentiated customer experience model in the industry. Launched Flatiron's first software enabled clinical trials patient recruitment service with cross-functional team (tech lead, quantitative scientist, oncologists, engineers, sales team); included design and development of engineering pipelines, contract scoping discussions, incorporation of software solutions, and design of GTM scenarios.

Focused on key metric reporting and data strategy across Research Partnerships and Engagement initiatives including Fox Insight, the Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) and Partners in Parkinson’s. Provided data intelligence that influenced marketing and web development priorities.Oversaw development and managed the Partners in Parkinson's website and the Movement Disorder Specialist Finder. Coordinated with external stakeholders including AbbVie inc. and the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS) to improve the relevance and accuracy of search results.

Coordinated the creation and deployment of a 2014 Harris Nielsen poll of more than 1,500 Parkinson's disease patients, caregivers and physicians. Managed the launch of all digital components (analytic tracking infrastructure, website design and build, data collection and storage) of Partners in Parkinson’s, a program to get people with Parkinson's the right care for them, from Abbvie Inc. and MJFF.

Led logistics and strategy behind the September, 2013 re-launch of MJFF's online store, Shop Fox. Managed new product design, eCommerce sales, website design overhaul, promotional strategy and customer service optimization.
