I’ve been always involved in the most challenging projects in the Fab, from supporting first silicon debug, sensor characterization, yield analysis and electrical failure analysis.LFoundry acquisition of Avezzano Facility (2013) added a new class of products and IP to the existing CMOS image sensor portfolio. In this new context, I’m also owner of FLCOS micro display device. By working on this newclass of product I had the chance to become familiar with Nextest Magnum1/2 tester.I’m now able to create a new test program using the special feature like Automatic Pattern Generator, Logic Pattern Generator other than the standard voltage/current measurement.In parallel I’m supporting the R&D team creating an advanced test flow for different IP on Magnum1 for the engineering characterization and electrical failure analysis purpose.

In this role I was the main contact in the Fab for the transfer of automotive device from the headquarter in Boise (USA) to Avezzano (Italy). I supported my colleagues in the USA for all the activities related to the silicon: first silicon debug, circuit debug, device characterization, test flow bring up on Teradyne IP750 tester, customer sampling, yield enhancement and material disposition. I consolidated my knowledge in:• Statistical methods for data analysis with JMP.• Debugging techniques for measurements at die and wafer level, including micro-probing of internal signals.• Use of all laboratory equipment: oscilloscope, wave generator and customer hardware for the device bench evaluation.• Use of Python language for the image quality analysis.After that experience I have been the product engineer responsible of device vehicle for the introduction of new process (90 nm) and the BSI technology.

As researcher I was a part of the group worked on the configuration and management of the stations making up the Irpinia seismic network aimed to estimate in real-time the earthquake location and magnitude from low to high magnitude events. I was involved in a wide range of activities covering:• Functional verification and the calibration of Linux based digital acquisition systems.• Functional verification and the calibration and triaxial seismic sensor.• Configuration and installation of microwave radio bridges. In this role I consolidated my knowledge in wireless transmission system attending the CISCO CCNA training course, NI Labview SW and Linux shell scripting.
