CurrentAt Toll Global Forwarding, I have been currently providing my customers with the best possible service.My duties and day to day operations are broken up into two segments imports and exportsUnder imports- File Registration on CW1.- FCL loads 20/40Ft’s - Iso Tanks (Non Haz/ Haz)- LCL Loads (Vanguard, CFR, Shipco, ECU Line)- Cargo Dues for Automotive, BreakBulk, Basic Container import and liquid bulk.- Landing Orders for break bulk and project equipment.- Cartage Advise to all transporters / collection and delivery from terminal until the clients offloading warehouse.- Invoicing upon delivery of goods.- Daily Status Reports for Sea-Freight/ Cartage Reports- Breakbulk Shipments (Project Equipment - MOL/ Grindrod ) - Bonded Cargo to inbound Africa, Bring In Full import containers - prepare WE entries and XE entries for export to Central Africa.- SAPS Stops / Inspections - Majority of the shipments was eliminated in the worst case inspections was done- Port Health Inspection doneFor Exports- Negotiating Rates with Carriers ( Hapag Lloyd / Maersk / MSC / CMA CGM and ETC)- Booking with all Carriers- Completing and assisting clients with Clearing Instructions - Full Registration on CW1- Arranging collection of Empty containers for loading and preparing containers for stacking at Terminal.- Cargo Dues for Export- Completing customs clearance at POL for export before containers are SOB.- Compiling HBL/ MBL/ Shipping Instructions.- Invoicing and processing payments to stakeholders.- Arranging LCL export as well with Co-loaders.- Preparing XE entries for cross-boarder work.- Submitting CN1’a at customs for approval- Submitting COO at the Chamber of Commerce
