Ltd.) is a one-stop custom plastic solution provider, since establishing in 1986, our company has worked in plastic industrial for 28 years. The mold making capacity is: 1200 sets of injection molds, the mold type listed as below:1. hot runner mold: vast experience using mold-master, Incoe, Yudo, Husky and other famous brand hot runners. 2. Insert Molds: Metal inserts, screws, plastic and steel filters. 3. Two Shot Molds: for turning table machines.4. Over-molds: Two or multi-stage injection with hard and soft materials.5. Unscrewing molds: Auto unscrewing and collapsible cores.6. High cavitation molds: for high volume parts. 7. Export molds: molds built according to customers’ specific requirement.In the mold making process, each single mold component such as electrode, insets, etc., is checked for critical dimensions after each machining stage to locate the error at source. Only after the component is approved and released by tooling quality team, it is then passed on to the next machining operation.There are 301 sets of injection machines in our injection molding department. (248 sets in China, 53 sets in Vietnam). The clamping force of the machines are from 60 tons to 1200 tons. All machines are equipped with robotic arms, mold temperature control equipment and world-class intelligent process cooling facilities. We use the advanced digital production planning & monitoring system ( MES ) to control the molding process. All injection parameters and records are digitally recorded and saved into the MES system.
