I was responsible for the M&A process from due diligence through to post-implementation and Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) period. The client transition projects were very successful. Team and I won multiple CIO and Division awards. When the client pipeline in Australia was completed, the company relocated me to Japan to manage the portfolio. My work on wireless application was recognized as innovative and I created a startup. My partner presented the materials at Wrox Wireless DevCon, July 10-12, 2000 (Amsterdam) – session on using SMS to push data to mobile devices. I was leading the implementation of SMS 2.0 architecture and training the site admins on how to package applications according to standards. Under my team of 22 project managers and site admins, J&J Asia completed 500+ new server deployment and 10,000+ workstation rebuilt. After the project, I was assigned as the technology and vendor manager for Wipro outsourcing. I fully integrate the systems management with ITIL processes and into the vendor's Service Level Agreement and KPI. My role as technology manager was to design the Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS 2.0) architecture and replication for New South Wales. The design and architecture were recognized by Microsoft as the largest SMS 2.0 installation in the southern hemisphere. Microsoft wrote an internal case-study for implementation.
