• New department Creation from Purchase-Procurement-Logistics & Technical services. Definition of the Supply Chain Policy including sustainable development issues of the Group • Direct and indirect Management (30 people). Leader or sponsor of project teams. Overall Supervision of 1 300 logistics employees (drivers and pickers) and 300 technicians.• Modernization of the logistic organization. Redesign of the Network (Depots localisation and process specialisation). New logistics methods and SI tools (Invoicing and Route Planning PDA for drivers; WMS in platform-specialised depots) implemented including, with full integration with SAP Information System. Quality of service, working conditions and professionalization improvements.• Centralization of procurement process and people at regional level with central coordination and common objectives. Same with Purchase and Technical services. Cost savings and higher effectiveness due to specialisation and dedicated management.• Operations and costs supervision (40M€ budget). Implementation of a set of KPIs to Monitor productivity, service and process. Optimization of real estate investments (80 warehouses) and vehicles fleet (2 000 vehicles). Negotiation of master agreement.

Definition of the Total Quality Policy including safety, 5S, HACCP, process design, continuous improvement technics and environment policies. • Direct management (5 people), competencies development. Implementation of problems resolution technics. Indirect management of technicians (300 technicians for draught beer and coffee machines). • Quality Management of the own company products: specifications, analysis, supplier audits and transport and storage procedures. • Modernization of technical services. Design and implementation of a CRM IT system for technical services within SAP environment : Planning management, technical operations history per bar and technician, quotation and invoicing.• Definition and implementation of KPIs monitoring improvement of quality of services and customers satisfaction level. Introduction of process auditing focused on distribution core business; purchasing, logistics and technical services

• Service Creation including sales animation, sales rep tools, technical support and trade marketing. • Management of team (20 people). Supervision sales rep (200 people)- Reorganisation of Draught Beer Quality department - Design and implementation of a laptop based CRM IT system for the sales force
