Responsible for ensuring capital and civil works projects are designed to meet the needs outlined in the client departments from initiation to completion. This includes: devising a strategy to complete all projects assigned; determining technical adequacy in areas of expertise of project drawings and specifications; delivery of projects within budget; recommends and certifies construction and consultant contracts; and completing projects in accordance with governing codes and project terms of reference.
