I used to look after the Human Resource Division. As a Director of this division I had to do..- Manpower Planning- Recruitment- Staffing- Induction to new joinees- Training- Performance Appraisal- Promotions,Transfers and Demotions- Retirement,apart from these policies,welfare to employees,- Icebreakers,fun at work, etc.- Employee retention,- MIS- Management DatabaseAnd as Director International Affairs Division,- I had to establish the vision for the office and its role in the international and intercultural life at the university- I had to create venues and platforms to communicate international and intercultural experiences to the campus and broader communities- I had to oversees all responsibilities of the Office of International Affairs pertaining to education abroad; international student and scholar services; international education; international programming; managing International Affairs budget, staff, and all office activities- I had to develops policies and procedures for study abroad exchanges, affiliations, and faculty-led programs- I had to conducts fundraising to support access to student abroad programming for students with financial need- I had to provides comprehensive immigration advising and services to a growing international student population- I had to establish and sustain a network of international and intercultural alumni- I had to participate with the Academic Affairs leadership team in policy development- I had to work closely with Student Success and Enrollment Management

I used to look after all administrative works and academic functions of Medical college and hospital.
