With over 20 years of experience in leading dynamic organizations, I am a retired senior logistician who recently concluded my military service in the United States Air Force on January 1, 2024. As the former deputy executive director at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the nation's combat logistics support agency, I managed a diverse, cross-functional, and global workforce responsible for $40B in sales to the military services and the entire government. I utilized critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to advise the executive director on joint logistics matters and coordinate logistics responses to contingency situations, emergency supply support, and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.My extensive military background has provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of global logistics and supply chain management, coupled with advanced leadership, management, and team-building skills. My core competencies include joint logistics, supply chain management, deployment and distribution, logistics analysis, and operational and strategic planning. I hold a master's degree in business and organizational management, a machine learning certification from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an active TS/SCI security clearance.I am passionate about delivering innovative and effective logistics solutions that enhance the readiness and capability of our warfighters and allies, as well as meeting the needs of customers and clients in various industries outside the Department of Defense.
