Manage and lead a operations crew of as many as 50 technicians to insure safety was paramount on a daily basis so that we could reach our production; cost; and overall goals. I was responsible for tens of millions of dollars worth of heavy mining machinery on a daily basis while making sure quality targets were met each shift as well.
