I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, starting as a dishwasher when I was 15 years old. Even at that age, I knew that I wanted to work in restaurants for the rest of my life. With a heavy back of the house back ground, I managed in two other concepts and made a career out of Romano's Macaroni Grill as a General Manager. In 2010, I opened up, Heirloom Catering, with my brother and ran a very successful catering company until his untimely death in 2012. Since then to present I am currently working as the General Manager at TGI Fridays in Chattanooga, TN. Now I'm seeking a position in a company that puts guests and their people first while making balanced decisions for the shareholders and owners.
