Due to my success within the Safety and Security Assistant position, I was promoted to a new position with expanded responsibilities. I serve as a key player in conceptualizing and implementing ongoing state-mandated training programs and curriculum for security personnel, compliant with Code of Virginia and Virginia Administrative Code. I monitor and evaluate security procedures ongoing, continually focused on identifying areas for improvements. Drawing on 30+ years of experience, I administered the integration and synchronization for Law Enforcement and Security activities, to coordinate military to civilian law enforcement to combat transnational threats.
