I offer 35+ years of experience in professional international security, law enforcement, training program development and program implementation. With a passion for giving back to the community and training others to succeed, I am a highly dedicated, results-oriented individual with extensive domestic and international expertise in counter terrorist operations, personnel and infrastructure security and protection, complex criminal investigations and joint task force operations. Currently, I'm enjoying having an impact at a local Virginia high school as a security officer. My leadership style is guided by the principles of treating everyone fairly and respectfully while providing the tools, training and support my team members need to succeed. I am generous with showing appreciation for a job well done which motivates team members to meet on-time deliverables and exceed expected results.I am the proud father of two daughters and a son, a mentor to at-risk youth in Washington DC and a lifelong fitness enthusiast.
