Recently taking a leap of faith and pursuing a career field change that challenge in a whole new way. Obtained my Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, and as a part of the program, I am sharpening my skills in technical Support & troubleshooting, networking, systems administration, and security. I am excited about what this journey brings. From a young age, I always wanted to challenge myself and see just how well I can do things, this self-driving competitiveness along with my willing’s to learn drove me to sports. I became a professional basketball player, playing in over seven countries. Along the way, I would train other athletes of various ages to teach the game and its details. Through my experiences, I gained the ability to prove myself as a leader and coach and developed a group of 7th-grade boys’ AAU team that was once not ranked to then being ranked 10th in the State of Michigan. Even today my willingness to learn shows as I work at Best Buy and I work with the Geek Squad department learning from our senior consulates and trying to understand everything that is about the IT industry. I'm thrilled about delving into the realm of technology. I'm eager to engage with fellow professionals in the IT field and gain insights from their journeys. I'm confident that my enthusiasm for absorbing knowledge will enable me to become a fast learner, a dependable collaborator, and a valuable addition to your team.
