I have over 24 years of experience in the call center industry, and I am currently a co-founder, partner, and COO at Integradial Worldwide, a leading company that offers and develops call center solutions for the US and Latin American markets. Integradial Worldwide is the global branch of Integradial, a South Pacific Connect Company, which I also co-founded and manage as a general manager. My core competencies include technical support, customer relationship management (CRM), telecommunications, and dialer operations. I have multiple certifications in Aspect, Asterisk, IAT SmartDial, Vocalcom, and Vicidial, and I have expertise in PHP, MySql, Sybase, Perl, and CRM. I am also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. My mission is to provide quality technical support and excellent preventive maintenance, as well as to innovate and deliver cutting-edge solutions for e-commerce, multichannel communications, and data management. I oversee the operations, product management, and business development of the company, and I am responsible for designing, opening, and setting up several call centers worldwide.
