Developer Platform is an internal technical product to speed up and simplify development at the stages of assembly, deployment and operation stages of microservices, involving 4 development teams (25 people).I was focused on reducing developers' workload, improving TTM, and enhancing the developer experience.– Decomposed the top feedback issue into 3 scenarios, selected 1 priority, defined the MVP feature and success metrics, and delivered the "service groups" feature to production, resulting in users saving 20% of their time per week– Formulated the key pain points in the product and defined the roadmap for 2 quarters based on the results of qualitative research (12 interviews), quantitative survey (100 respondents) and analysis of 100 customer support tickets– Established the discovery-delivery cycle from scratch with backend and frontend teams: from problem definition, RICE scoring, and grooming to release and post-evaluation, processed 50+ feature requests from users, making the process transparent for the user– Conducted 3 interviews with experts from similar products and, based on these, selected and started tracking key metrics for decision-making and evaluating changes: Productivity/T2M (average time on CJM stages), CSAT, CES, Adoption rate– Facilitated cross-team collaboration between 3 development teams, planned the quarter together, and brought 2 features to production on time

ChatRoulette — an international online platform for video communication with random users, boasting 4M MAU. I was focused on discovery.– Conducted 100 user interviews in English and created a needs matrix, which led to 5 UX/UI onboarding changes, resulting in a 44% improvement in the activation metric according to A/B testing– Improved Acquisition Rate by 2.3% by modifying the start pages, user selection screens, and adding instructional tips– Searched for, interviewed, and selected 5 executors to implement the vision, managed their projects, and organized 2 team-building events
