Office Manager
In charge of the day-to-day operations and management of a Chiropractic office. Specific responsibilities include:Billing• Experienced and responsible for direct billing of Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, and Workman’s Comp organizations, including knowledge of claims submission, benefits, co-pays, authorizations and referrals. • Direct and working knowledge of ICD10 billing codes and procedures. Scheduling• In charge of Patient Scheduling, including both outbound and inbound patient management. • Responsible for the overall management of Employee SchedulingMarketing• Grow and maintain practice web and social media presence including management of Facebook, company website, and local/community-based marketing. Responsible for the initial development of the practices social media accounts.• Create and deploy patient outreach and retention campaigns in order to maintain and grow practice revenue.Financial Management • Responsible for the overall financial management of the practice including accounts receivable, financial reconciliations, and payroll management.• Researched and applied to local small business grant opportunities resulting in three successful grant awards totaling $30K+.
