As a Senior PR Consultant at Cision Insights I had the overall responsibility for a defined set of high revenue accounts in the automotive industry and the international team needed to service them successfully and profitably. I managed expert research teams and proprietary monitoring technology to develop communications strategies, to deliver.

I developed communication strategies based on analytical insights (empirical content analysis; IT-based real-time cross-channel analysis of editorial and social media; surveys) and wrote content to maximise ROI and improve.

During the LA Motor Show in late 2013, I had the opportunity to work for three months at our research centre in Ann Arbor, near Detroit. In addition to the project-related work, I learned about the cultural and economic conditions of the US market.

I worked as a freelancer for several agencies. During this time I was responsible for the social media profiles of several companies (strategy, conception, community management). The main focus of my work was dealing with the community, especially in the context of critical issues.
