I've co-founded Fisheye Analytics in 2009 as a CEO and have built a stable enterprise: * 10 people* cashflow positive* serving: World Economic Forum, International Olympic Committee, EU, Eli Lilly, Nikon and othersFisheye Analytics was sold in 2013 to the WPP group.

As Dell abandoned the 'direct model', I've built an organisation from scratch serving computer resellers: the “Dell Partner Direct” program. This was change management at it's best:* We used massive customer data to create the right offering for 'resellers' and to identify the best sales targets.* I hired, trained and led sales & marketing teams across 3 locations.

I led the pan-european team for the e-commerce store. It was an exciting time with data from millions of clients to improve our offerings and conversion rates. We implemented great tools to follow the customer journeys and to measure the customer value.

I led 60 people and their respective managers in a transactional sales organization with over 200 mio USD in revenue across two sites.

Excited by online sales and online measurements we started: "weihnachtbrief.com". We built an e-commerce site for individualized and handwritten Christmas letters from Santa Claus. We used social e-commerce techniques to spread the word. Part of the earnings was used to support charities.

3G networks were not yet existing and we created a kind of 'apps' store for new 3G data applications to happen: Ericsson Mobility World. Together with VCs we selected many great StartUps which created hundreds of mobile applications.
