I'm passionate about transforming education through technology, and I've been lucky enough to work at this intersection for the past 25 years. These days, I lead strategic partnerships at Element451, where we're using AI to help universities reimagine their enrollment strategies and student success programs. When I'm not working with universities, I host "Mastering the Next," a podcast where I get to chat with thought leaders about what's next in higher ed and technology.Before Element451, I've had the privilege of building partnerships at some amazing organizations including Risepoint (formerly Academic Partnerships), InStride, and Cornell Tech. What gets me excited is finding innovative ways to make quality education more accessible through technology. I love connecting universities with the tools and partnerships they need to serve today's diverse student populations.I continue to share what I've learned by teaching graduate courses in human-computer interaction and digital media at USC and NYU. It's a perfect blend – I bring real-world tech experience into the classroom, and my students keep me thinking about what's next. I hold a Ph.D. from RPI, and picked up degrees from Arizona State and Syracuse along the way, but I'm most proud of the connections I've helped build between education and technology throughout my career.
