---Nederlands---Al meer dan 20 jaar werk ik binnen de information security arena, waarbij ik met toewijding, passie en humor veranderingen begeleid op mensen, processen en techniek. Na het vervullen van vele rollen binnen het information security spectrum (van IT-beveiligingsfunctionaris tot strategisch adviseur van de CISO), zorgt het bewegen door alle lagen van de organisatie om (gedrags)verandering te stimuleren/realiseren ervoor dat ik energie krijg en behoud. De organisatie begrijpen en lezen is altijd een lastige (maar leuke) uitdaging waarin mijn aanpassingsvermogen goed gedijt.Vanuit mijn technische achtergrond en jarenlange (internationale) ervaring weet ik op een pragmatische manier de vertaalslag te maken van maatregel naar waarde. Mijn kracht ligt in het (re)organiseren van de informatiebeveiligings- en privacy- organisatie, waarbij integratie, samenwerking, standaardisatie en communicatie de basis is.---English---I've been working in the information security arena for more than 20 years, driving people, process and technology change with dedication, passion and humor. Understanding and "reading" the organization is always a though (but fun) challenge where my adaptive skills flourish.With my technical background and years of (international) experience, I know how to translate a measure into value in a pragmatic way. My strength lies in (re)organizing the information security and privacy organization, where integration, collaboration, standardization and communication are the basis.
